 • To provide contributions to define policies which will increase the quality and fertility of population potential of Turkey who is supposed to reach 100 million in the world population that is expected to reach 10 milliards in 2053

 • To develop suggestions about regulation of educational systems in the direction of evaluating talents and developing creativity

 • To provide contributions to developing strategies in the direction of determined targets for reaching the defined vision about human resources and r & d activities

 • To develop ideas about policies that should be applied for maintaining Turkey’s situation as an intercultural bridge by protecting cultural prosperity which comes from its own history; and to provide contributions to take steps for bringing Turkish culture to the further of the era
